Refund Policy:
We assure you of a 100% refund in case of failed delivery. Refunds will be processed within the following timeframes:

• Local Payments: 3-5 days
• International Payments: 6-8 days

Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately, cancellations are not applicable once the payment has been made.
